THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS PROSECUTOR OF POWERS BY THE COURTS WHEN CONSIDERING CIVIL CASES CHALLENGING THE DISMISSAL OF EMPLOYEES WHO COMMITTED CORRUPTION OFFENCES
Based on the analysis of anti-corruption legislation, legal literature and judicial practice, this article deals with actual problems of participation of the prosecutor in the court hearings of civil cases for reinstatement at the service of employees discharged for corruption disciplinary offences. Highlightened are the problems arising at civil investigations of this category of cases. Attention is drawn to the circumstances that must be evaluated by the prosecutor while preparing for the investigation of the civil case and when providing a conclusion on it.

DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL CONTROL AS AN ELEMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY COMMERCIAL COMPANIES
Sustainable and dynamic development of the organization, its effectiveness and competitiveness are closely related to the economic security of the enterprise. In terms of market competition, the well-being of the company’s financial and economic activities depends on the strategic goals and tactical goals set before it. However, an important role in ensuring the stable operation of the enterprise is played by internal control as a direction for realizing the economic security of the enterprise. Economic security presupposes, first of all, a set of actions to create and strengthen conditions for counteraction to dangers and threats, economic interests, the definition of methodological approaches to identifying, preventing and suppressing these threats. At the same time, the system of economic security involves identifying the situation in which economic parameters are not within the limits of the norm, develop and take measures to overcome them. The essence of the internal control system is a complex of ordered interrelated means, methods and procedures used to improve the management of economic activity, ensure control over the safety of property, compliance with applicable laws. Internal control should prevent negative factors of economic activity of the organization, which can adversely affect the economic security of the organization. The article defines the importance of the internal control system as a factor that attaches to the economic security of the enterprise.

The main tourist destinations of the Middle East are indicated. The impact of geopolitical factors on tourism development in the region is identified. The dependence of tourist arrivals and tourism receipts on the geopolitical environment is revealed. The dynamic growth of tourism in the region during 2000-2010 and the decline in 2011 against the backdrop of the events of the «Arab Spring» were noted. The influence of terrorist acts on the development of tourism in the Middle East has been revealed. Particular attention was given to Egypt as the leading tourist destination of the region. The role of wars and conflicts in the destruction of tourist resources in the Middle East is indicated.

The article is devoted to a theoretical interpretation of the concept of entrepreneurial activity of educational organizations. The importance of entrepreneurial activity of educational organizations for social and economic development of the region is revealed. The need to evaluate entrepreneurial activity in the market of educational services in the region is shown. THE FORMATION OF SPECIALLY-TECHNOLOGICALCOMPETENCIES OF A TEACHER IN THE UNIVERSITY
The paper summarizes the experience of formation of specially-technological competences of a teacher in the University. The analysis shows that there is a contradiction between the permanent increase in educational potential of modern ICT, the increased requirements to the technological competence of Informatics teachers and insufficient development of theoretical and methodological principles of their formation at the University. To eliminate the specified contradictions the author proves that the main approach to the study of professional competences of a teacher in a University is the understanding of the essence of competence as the ability and willingness of implementing its core functions in the mastery of information technologies and learning Informatics for school students.
